The 16-player match play field is set in the Storm Lucky Larsen Masters, the final title event of the 2025 PBA Tour. The lone international title event of the year is being held at Olympia Bowling in Helsingborg, Sweden.

Qualifying rounds held between Aug. 22-30 determined the 55 players who competed in Sunday’s advancer rounds.

The top 16 players in Final Step 2 will advance to elimination match play, which consists of three-game total pinfall matches in the Round of 16 and Round of 8 followed by single-game matches in the semifinals and finals.

Match play rounds will begin at 8:40 a.m. ET. The championship match will be held at 2:30 p.m. ET.

Ryan Barnes led the six-game second advancer round, called Final Step 2, with a 1,351 pinfall. He will face his former Wichita State teammate Alec Keplinger in the first round of match play.

Ethan Fiore, who defeated Barnes in the PBA Players Championship title match earlier this season, earned the No. 2 seed. Fiore will face Sweden’s Nora Johansson, who made PWBA Tour history by becoming the first female two-handed to make a championship round earlier this season.

Additional PBA Tour players who made the match play field are Sean Rash, Andrew Anderson, Thomas Larsen, Nate Purches, Justin Knowles and François Lavoie.

Sweden’s Joachim Karlsson, Markus Jansson, Peter Hellström; Finland’s Juho Rissanen and Kaaron Salomaa; and England’s Raymond Teece, brother of Richie round out the match play field.

All rounds will be livestreamed on the Storm Lucky Larsen Masters YouTube channel.
