Priority Entries open online November 20, 2023 and will close December 26, 2023. Entry priority will be given in the following order, provided PBA Tour champions, regardless of status, have entered by December 26, 2023.

- PBA Tour Champions winning from 2014 – 2023
- Up to four (4) Commissioners Exemptions
