Annex A

Award Summary

As used herein, the following defined terms apply:

"PBA Certified Center" means a bowling center that is certified by the PBA as a "PBA Certified Center"

"Active Program Member" means an individual who has completed registration on the Company's portal to become eligible as a "PBA Certified League Bowler" and currently bowls at a PBA Certified Center in an active organized bowling league that is registered with the PBA Certified Center.

"Digital Award" means a communication of recognition delivered by Company electronically via email to the Active Program Member.

"Inactive Program Member" means an individual who has completed registration on the Company's portal to become eligible as a "PBA Certified League Bowler" and currently bowls at a PBA Certified Center but does not bowl in an active organized bowling league that is registered with the PBA Certified Center.

"Ineligible Registrants" means an individual who has completed registration on the Company's portal to become eligible as a "PBA Certified League Bowler" but does not currently bowl at a PBA Certified Center.

"Product Award" means an item of recognition delivered by Company to the Active Program Member. Product Awards are delivered annually to an Active Program Member. The Company may also deliver communication of recognition of such Product Award through the account of Active Program Member.

1. Ineligible Registrants are not eligible to be a PBA Certified League Bowler.
2. Inactive Program Members may be eligible to be a PBA Certified League Bowler but are not eligible to have their Points considered for awards.

3. Active Program Members are eligible to be PBA Certified League Bowlers and will be entitled to have their Points tally towards earning awards as set forth below.

4. Each bowling league season an Active Program Member will have their Points (i.e., bowling scores) counted towards being considered to receive an award. Points are calculated automatically at the PBA Certified Center through the scoring system.
