ENTRIES OPEN ON MAY 01, 2019

Entries for all tournament participants will open on May 01, 2019.  Please see the ENTRY PRIORITY information noted below for tournament entry priority and confirmation details.
 

Online entry for non-members is not available and must be made directly with the South Region Manager.

*RV PARKING*...... Due to parking lot constraints RV's will not be permitted to park onsite during the event.
  

ELIGIBILITY

Participant must be a USBC Member in good standing.
Non-Members must meet PBA average requirements.
 

ENTRY PRIORITY AND CONFIRMATION

The top 134 on the 2019 Summer Tour Priority Entry Point List along with any member with a PBA National Title not in the top 134 shall receive tournament entry priority from May 01 – June 07, 2019
 
Entries into the main tournament will be accepted for all PBA Members regardless of priority entry status beginning May 01, 2019.  Priority entries will be confirmed immediately on entry.  Those members who enter without the benefit of a priority category (2019 Summer Tour Priority Entry Point List or PBA National Title) will be placed on confirmed standby until June 07, 2019; they will then be confirmed into the tournament in the order their entry was received (date/time of entry).  In the event the tournament fills, those entrants not confirmed on June 07, 2019. will be placed on standby. 
 

ENTRY DEADLINES

Priority Entry deadline is 11:59 p.m., Friday, June 07. 
Online entry for members will close at Midnight, Tuesday, August 5.  
Online entry for non-members is not available and must be made directly with the PBA South Region Manager. 

After the online entry deadline, all entries must be made directly with the PBA South Region Manager.
 

ENTRY FEE

PBA and PWBA Members: $300
Non-Members: $350 (money order, cashier’s check or credit card only)
Please enter this event through the South Region.

NOTE TO PWBA MEMBERS:  To receive the $300, member entry fee rate, PWBA members who are not also PBA members must enter events through the Regional Manager.  Any PWBA member who is inadvertently charged the non-member entry fee should contact the regional manager immediately.  
 

PBA NATIONAL TITLE

A PBA Tour title will be awarded to the winner of this event.


PRODUCT REGISTRATION RULES

PBA Tour Product Registration rules for all equipment including footwear will be enforced during this tournament.

Practice Session:  12-2 p.m.
Orientation Meeting: 1 p.m. (required of all first-time participants)
Pro-am Squads: 3 p.m., 6 p.m. & 8:30 p.m.

Saturday, August 10
Roll call is 30 minutes prior to all squads.
A Squad: 9 a.m. – (eight games)
Re-oil
B Squad: 3:00 p.m. – (eight games)
Top 1/3 advance to Cashers Round
All pin totals carry over.

Sunday, August 11
Cashers Round: 9 a.m. – (four games)
Top 16 advance.
All pin totals carry over.
Re-oil
Round of 16: 11:30 p.m. – (three games)
Top 8 advance
All pin totals carry over.
No Re-oil
Round of 8: 1:30 p.m. – (two games)
Top 4 advance to the stepladder finals, seeded according to 17 game pin totals.
Drop all pin totals.
Re-oil
Stepladder Finals: 3 p.m.
