Parker Bohn III Seals The Deal in 2026 USBC Super Senior Classic
Las Vegas, Nevada – After a wire-to-wire historic performance in the 2026 USBC Super Senior Classic, Parker Bohn III sealed the deal on Sunday.
The smooth left-hander began the championship match against fellow lefty Andy Neuer with six straight strikes. Neuer, coming off a 278-214 win over No. 3 seed Ricky Schissler, started with a spare, three straight strikes and back-to-back single pin spares.
Bohn III then went spare, strike and spare. Neuer rolled four straight strikes before a 4-6-10 split on his 11th shot resulted in a final score of 244. Needing a mark to win, Bohn III struck then picked up a 7-pin for 249.
During this tournament, Bohn III averaged just over 250 on the way to establishing a new 12-game (2,977) qualifying record and 18-game (4,527) scoring record. This was his second PBA60 Tour title and first win at Sam’s Town Bowling Center after finishing fourth in this tournament last year and second in the 2025 USBC Senior Masters.
“I have had a lot of success here at Sam’s Town but never been able to seal the deal. Hats off to Andy for a fantastic week, but trust me when I tell you, this right here is sweet as pie,” Bohn III said, while getting emotional. “I am going to enjoy this moment here. This is for Brunswick, this is for me and we are going to take it all right to history.”
In the opening match, Schissler defeated Finland’s Timo Raatikainen, 268-190. Neuer then came out firing strikes in the semifinal match. He doubled, picked up the 3-10 split then delivered nine straight strikes for 275. Schissler started double, spare, strike then an open to fall behind and lose with a 214.
The group stepladders began the day with John Austin Jr. and John Marsala getting $3,000 each in fifth and sixth place, while Charles “C.K.” Moore and Jerry Brunette each got $2,500 for seventh and eighth place.
Next up for the PBA50 Tour is the 2026 USBC Senior Masters. Qualifying begins at Sam’s Town Bowling Center on Tuesday.
