PBA60 World Series of Bowling II Begins Friday
PBA60 World Series of Bowling II begins Friday at Columbus Square Bowling Palace and will feature three title events, including a major, for players aged 60 and over.
The competition begins with eight games of qualifying Friday and a champion will be decided every other day, with the Webb Championship stepladder finals being held July 4, the Roth Championship on July 6 and the PBA60 World Championship July 8.
Last year, in the inaugural PBA60 World Series of Bowling, Jack Jurek won his second PBA60 title (and second PBA60 major) in the World Championship, defeating top seed Brian LeClair in the title match.
Jurek will return this year, as will both of the other defending champions: Webb Championship winner Parker Bohn III and Roth Championship winner John Burkett.
The field features several members of the PBA Hall of Fame, including Bohn, Tom Baker, Amleto Monacelli and Pete Weber.
Every round of PBA60 World Series of Bowling II will be livestreamed on BowlTV.
