Las Vegas, Nevada – Carlos Denot, who has bowled on senior Team Mexico, began the first day of qualifying at the 2025 Super Senior Classic with 247, 217, 236, 253, 237 and 236 for 1,426. He averaged 237.67 to get to +226 inside Sam’s Town Bowling Center ending Thursday on top of the leaderboard.  

Ron Mohr has been one of the most successful senior bowlers in history. He has earned 11 PBA50 titles and he has the most PBA60 titles with five. He shot 214, 248, 182, 269, 279 and 226 for 1,418. He was clean in 59 out of his 60 frames on the day, only missing one 10-pin to climb into second place. He led the B-squad. Behind Mohr is Tom Adcock at +208 in third, Chris Warren at +207 in fourth and senior Team Finland bowler Timo Raatikainen is at +199 to round out the top five. 

The 207-player field will return for the final six games of qualifying on Friday. B-squad will be on the lanes starting at noon Eastern followed by A-squad at 5 p.m. You can watch the action on BowlTV.
