Friday October 24, 2025 – practice session 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, Orientation meeting at 1:00 pm (mandatory for all first-time participants) and sweeper at 7 pm (6 pm check-in)

Saturday October 25, 2025 – Roll call is at 8:00 am

Qualifying squad starts at 8:30 am (8 games)

Cut to top 1/3 scores for Sunday’s finals, pins carry forward

Sunday October 26, 2025 – Roll call at 8:30 am

Advancers round begins at 8:00 am - four games on FRESH, pins carry forward

Cut to top 6 scores around 11:00 am for three games, on BURN, pins carry forward

Cut to top 3 scores for step ladder finals around 1:30 pm on FRESH

Finals format may be adjusted based on entries

Eligibility

Participant must be a USBC Member in good standing and have reached their 50th birthday prior to the tournament start date. Nonmembers must meet PBA average requirements. PBA Members have priority over any Nonmember up to 7 days before the event starts.

Entry Fee

PBA Members: $245

Non-Members: $310 (money order, cashier’s check or credit card only)

Entry Deadline

Online entries for members and non-members close at midnight on Tuesday, October 21, 2025.

After the deadline, entries must be made directly with the Regional Manager.

Payout Ratio is 1 in 3.

BowlTV Regional Players Invitational

This event is a Midwest Region PBA event and will only count for points in the Midwest Region. Only Full PBA Members will be able to qualify for the year-end Finals. To qualify for the BowlTV RPI Finals, you must bowl in 3 events within your region in the calendar year.

1st Place projected to pay $2,000

2 PBA60 checks projected to pay $300 each

Final cash spot guaranteed to pay a minimum of $500

1st step-ladder qualifier receives a complimentary entry into a Midwest regional tournament, provided the bowler is a Full PBA member. The entry is good for one year from the date earned.
