2:00pm – 4:00pm Practice Session

4:00pm – Optional Sweeper (4 Games)

 

Saturday 10/4/25

Roll call is 11:30am

Single squad event: 12:00pm (8 games)

Top 1/3 will cash in the event. Advancers will return Sunday morning

 

Sunday 10/5/25

8:30am – Advancer Round (4 games)

12:30pm – Bracket Round of 16 (Best 2 of 3 matches)

Seeds 1-4 will receive 2 round byes

Seeds 5-8 will receive 1 round bye

Eligibility

Participant must be a USBC Member in good standing and 50 years old by the practice day for the tournament. 

Non-members/guests must meet the PBA average requirement to participate (verifiable 200+ for at least 36 games in the past 12 months).

REMINDER: PBA Members receive priority entry until Sept 25th – 11:50pm. Beginning 9/30/25 remaining roster positions will be filled based on date and time of entry regardless of membership status.  Non-members will be officially placed on the roster after this date and in date/time order of entry received.

Entry Fee

PBA Members: $245

Non-Members: $310 (Money Order, Cashier’s Check, or Credit Card Only)

Entry Deadline

Online entries for members and non-members close at midnight on Monday, Sept 29th 2025.

After the deadline, entries must be made directly with the Tournament Director ([email protected]).

A $10 Late Fee will be assessed for entries received after the posted deadline.

Payout Ratio

BowlTV Regional Players Invitational

This event is a Southwest Region event and will only count for points in the Southwest Region. Only Full PBA Members will be able to qualify for the year-end Finals. To qualify for the RPI, you must bowl in 3 events within your region in the calendar year.

2025 PBA Approved Equipment

The 2025 list of acceptable Urethane and Urethane-Like equipment made at 78.0HD+ is available on the schedule page under “quick links”.

High Game

High game pot will be available for $50 and covers qualifying games.
