Friday October 24, 2025 – practice session 3 pm to 5 pm, orientation meeting at 5:00 pm (Mandatory for all first-time participants) and sweeper at 7 pm (6:00 pm check-in)
Saturday October 25, 2025 – Roll call is at 2:30 pm
Qualifying squad at 3 pm (eight games)
Cut to top 1/3 scores (up to 30) advance to Sunday’s finals --- pins carry forward
Sunday October 26, 2025 – Roll call is at 8:00 am
Advancer round begins at 8:30 am for four games, three on a pair on FRESH, pins
carry forward
Cut to top 8 scores around 11:00 am for three games, two on a pair on BURN, pins carry forward
Cut to top 4 scores for step ladder around 1:30 pm on FRESH

Eligibility
Participant must be a USBC Member in good standing. Non-Members must meet the PBA minimum average requirements of 200 for 36 games in a USBC sanctioned league. PBA Members have priority over any Non Member up to 7 days before the event starts.

Non-Members: $310
Entry Deadline
Online entries for members and non-members close at midnight on Tuesday, October 21, 2025.
After the deadline, entries must be made directly with the Regional Manager.
Payout Ratio is 1 in 3.
BowlTV Regional Players InvitationalThis event is a Midwest Region PBA event and will only count for points in the Midwest Region. Only Full PBA Members will be able to qualify for the year-end Finals. To qualify for the BowlTV RPI Finals, you must bowl in 3 events within your region in the calendar year.
