Orientation Meeting: 3 pm (Mandatory for all first-time participants)
Youth Pro-Am: 4 pm (3:45 pm roll call), all A squad champions required unless excused
Adult Pro-Am: 6 pm (5:45 pm roll call), all B squad champions required unless excused
Saturday August 2nd
Roll call is 30 minutes before start of each squad
A Squad: 8:00 am – (seven games)
B Squad: 2:00 pm – (seven games)
Cut to top 1/3 scores (up to 22 bowlers) for four game advancers round finals
Cuts and finals numbers are based on 64 or more entries
Sunday August 3rd
Advancers round: 8:00 am (four games) on FRESH
Top 16 advance to bracket match-play finals (based on 64 or more entries)
Top four scores (one through four) get two bye rounds, Scores five through eight get one by round
Round 1 – Seeds 9-16 best two of three games at 10:30 am on FRESH
Round 2 – Winners from round 1 + seeds 5-8 immediately following on BURN
Round 3 – Winners from round 2 + seeds 1-4 immediately following on BURN
Round 4 – Winners from round 3 bowl a stepladder finals at 3 pm on FRESH
Field Capacity: 88 bowlers
Eligibility
Participant must be a USBC Member in good standing. Non-Members must meet the PBA minimum average requirements of 200 for 36 games in a USBC certified league. PBA Members have priority over any nonmember up to 7 days before the event starts.
Entry Fee PBA Members: $245
Non-Members: $310
Entry Deadline
Online entries for members and non-members close at midnight on Tuesday, July 29, 2025.
After the deadline, entries must be made directly with the Regional Manager.

BowlTV Regional Players Invitational
This event is a Midwest/Central Region event and will count for points in both the Midwest and Central Regions. Only Full PBA Members will be able to qualify for the year-end Finals. To qualify for the RPI, you must bowl in 3 events within your region in the calendar year.

1st Place team is projected to pay $2,500
