- Roll call is 30 minutes prior to squad.
- Advancer Round: 9 a.m. (4 games – qualifying pinfall carries over). Top 8 (13-game pinfall) advance.
- Top 8 bowl additional 2 games. Top 4 (15-game pinfall) advance to stepladder finals.

Participant must be a USBC Member in good standing. Non-members must meet PBA average requirements.

W-9 Forms
IRS requires that all bowlers who earn winnings in PBA events complete a new W-9 form every two years. Any bowler not having a W-9 form on file since 1/1/2020 will be required to complete a W-9 form prior to receiving any prize money. This requirement pertains to all participants, whether you are a member or not.
