PBA50 Tour and PBA Regional Tour champions will enter the PBA Tournament of Champions PTQ.
PBA Tour Champions will enter the PBA Tournament of Champions Elite Field.
Entry priority will be given in the following order, provided PBA Tour champions, regardless of status, have entered twenty (20) days prior to the official start date of the PBA Tournament of Champions event.
- PBA Tour Champions with the most PBA Tour titles
- The most recent PBA Tour champions
- All PBA Regional Tour champions will need to enter the PTQ.

Participant must hold Full PBA Membership to enter.
Participant must be a USBC member in good standing.
Entry Fees
PBA Tournament of Champions PTQ $250
· Bowlers advancing from the PTQ will be charged an additional $250.
PBA Tournament of Champions Elite Field $500
Entry fees must be paid online at least 14 days prior to the start date of the tournament. An administrative fee of $25 will be assessed for all payments made after the payment deadline date.
Entry fees received onsite will incur an administrative fee of $50.
