Ritger Rolls To 13th

Smooth-stroking Dick Ritger, rolled to the 13th win of his career, winning the $50,000 Canada Dry Open in Detroit. He topped Larry Laub, 204-180, in a one-game finale televised by Home Box Office, Inc.

Ritger's performance was in keeping with his activity for the last month. Just the week before he was fourth in the $40,000 Painesville (Ohio) Open.
