Three For Dick Ritger

The fine bowling which carried Dick Ritger to a victory in the Japan Gold Cup in September and a second in the American Airlines Open in October carried through November as he captured the $50,000 Bellows-Valvair Open at Rochester, N. Y.

Ritger defeated 20-year-old Larry Lichstein, 235-210, in the championship game when Lichstein left a 2-4-7-8 split in the eighth frame. Ritger's win was worth $6,000.
