Petraglia Is "First" Guy

Johnny Petraglia, 19-year-old Brooklynite, was the whole show in the $27,500 Fort Smith Open.

The lefthanded youngster not only won his first tournament by a resounding 272 pins, but he also bowled his first 300 game and won the pro am for his partner.

The issue never was in doubt as Petraglia took the lead in the eighth game of the tourney and coasted home free. His 40-game total of 9452 included 500 bonus pins he received for winning 10 of his 16 games in the finals.
