Two years ago in Hammond, Ind., Michael Haugen Jr. got his job back. One year ago in Hammond, he made a championship round appearance in honor of his dying grandmother. This week in nearby Merrillville, Ind., Haugen will look for a special three-peat in the area.

The Denny's PBA Tour is in Merrillville, Ind., this week for the 2007 Lake County Indiana Classic presented by United Way. It's the first time a Denny's PBA Tour event has been held at Stardust Bowl II, but the center is no stranger to PBA events.

Eddie Graham hopes his past success at Stardust Bowl II will come in handy in this week’s 2007 Lake County Indiana Classic presented by United Way. Graham led Wednesday’s Denny’s PBA Tour Qualifying Round with a 1,614 seven-game pinfall.
