Holman was voted in to the Hall in his first year of eligibility. He won 22 Tour titles, including two Tournament of Champions and two U.S. Opens. He earned more than $1.7 million over his career. He also earned three George Young High Average Awards and was name PBA Player of the Year for 1987. Won multiple titles in seven different seasons. Ranked ninth on 2009 list of 50 Greatest Players in PBA History.
