Webb is one of only 12 players in PBA Tour history to reach the 20-title plateau. At just 23, he was voted 1980 PBA Player of the Year after three wins that season, including the prestigious Tournament of Champions. Webb was nicknamed “The Green Machine” in 1980, stemming from the money-earning prowess he exhibited over the course of the season. He was inducted in the PBA Hall of Fame in 1993.
